  • 1 pulse = 30% battery capacity remaining (Recharging recommended)
  • 2 pulses = 10% battery capacity remaining
  • Halo flashes 10 times = 0% battery capacity remaining
  • 5 Pulses = there may be a connection issue. Please try cleaning your vaporizer and make sure that it’s charged.
  • AiroPro vaporizers have a one-year warranty – please see below for more information.

We encourage you to clean your AiroPro vaporizer regularly in order to prolong the life of your device. Please review our cleaning instructions here

  • The AiroPod cartridge should be removed from the vaporizer before charging.
  • Regularly clean your AiroPro vaporizer.
  • Avoid dropping your device.
  • Avoid exposure to moisture or water damage.
  • Do not attempt to repair or modify your device or use any cartridge besides an AiroPod cartridge. This will void your warranty.
  • Given the natural properties of extracted cannabis oil, Airo products’ performance is optimized when stored and consumed at normal room temperatures.
  • To preserve cartridge integrity and optimize oil flow within the atomizer, Airo recommends storing the cartridge and battery separately in a cool, dark, dry place while not in use and regularly cleaning the magnetic contact points in the vaporizer and the bottom of the cartridge.

Extreme heat or cold exposure may affect performance. High temperatures can cause leaks, and extreme cold temperature exposure can cause small clogs to become harder to remove until the room temperature conditions improve and the equipment properly adjusts to it. Please also note that these types of exposure for sustained periods of time accelerate battery degradation and charge depletion.

  • We offer a 12-month (365-day) warranty from the date of original purchase from one of our licensed dispensaries.
  • The one-year warranty covers defects in material or workmanship, but is voided if the vaporizer has been tampered with or altered.
  • For your convenience, the exchange of the defective vaporizer should first be attempted at the retailer where you originally purchased the product.
  • If you choose to contact us via email at info@airobrands.com rather than the dispensary from where it was purchased, we require the original receipt as proof of purchase.
  • Once we have received and reviewed the specific information we’ve requested from you, we may then ship the replacement.
  • If you are experiencing issues with your AiroPro vaporizer and have owned it for less than one year (12 months) from the date of purchase, please contact us at info@airobrands.com.
  • Please note that refunds cannot be issued by Airo — they must be handled by the licensed dispensary where the product was originally purchased and are subject to their respective return policies.
  • AiroPod cartridge availability varies by dispensary and state.
  • AiroPods cannot be sold online because they contain cannabis oil.
  • We do not have access to each dispensary’s inventory, so availability cannot be guaranteed.
  • You may use the store locator tool and call dispensaries directly.
  • Due to state regulations regarding cannabis products, Airo cannot accept returns on AiroPod cartridges or AiroX1 or AiroX2 disposable devices.
  • Exchanges can only be handled directly by the licensed dispensary where these were originally purchased (Typically within 30 days of purchase or less) and are subject to their respective return policies.
  • Please also note that we are unable to issue or give any kind of compensation, promotion, coupon, or discount to be used at any store where our products are carried.
  • Ingredient lists for each product are listed on the packaging. Please note that specific terpene profiles are proprietary.
  • Lab reports or Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) may be available at retail locations. Please note that these are batch, state, and product-specific.
  • We have never and will never use additives such as PG, VG, PEG, TEC, or Vitamin E acetate in any of our products.
  • The ingredients and products are tested upon arrival at the production site, post extraction, post mix, and after AiroPod cartridges have been filled.

  • Some cartridges show a “headspace” (empty area) above the oil. This is normal and not under-filled
  • After your cartridge is filled, the atomizer absorbs the formulated oil in the following hours. Due to its large size and porous ceramic wick, the atomizer can absorb up to 0.15g of a 0.5g cartridge. All of the intended oil is still in the cartridge, but it’s absorbed and out of view.
  • Like a bag of potato chips, headspace is essential for proper transport and use of this product.
  • All cartridges are weighed to carry the intended amount.

  • The Airo system is a proprietary closed-system — AiroPod cartridges and AiroPro vaporizers only work with one another.
  • Our cartridge and vaporizer were harmoniously designed this way to put your safety first and ensure an optimal experience. By not being refillable, you know that you can trust the lab-tested oil inside each cartridge.
  • Please note that if the AiroPro vaporizer is altered in any way or made to be used with cartridge configurations besides an AiroPod cartridge, all warranty is voided.
  • Simply draw on the mouthpiece to activate vaping.
  • Just like the AiroPro vaporizers, there is haptic feedback helping you gauge every inhale and reduce clogs
  • The device will not light up to indicate that it’s active during usage.
  • If the battery level is above 20%, there will be no LED light flashes activated post inhalation.
  • If the battery level is below 20%, the device will flash 10 times post inhalation, which means that it’s time to recharge!

If the halo pulses white 3 times while attempting to use it, a short circuit could be reset by charging the device for 15 minutes. If the device continues to pulse 3 times after charging, please contact us via email at info@airobrands.com for further assistance.

  • The device’s battery level can be examined by placing a finger at the bottom of the device on top of the charging port. A LED light dot will appear right above the charging port, indicating the following based on the color displayed:
